- How early should I make a reservation? You should book your trip as soon as you are ready to do so. An airport trip can always be adjusted, so having it booked in advance does not hurt. Booking your limo or party bus for your wedding is extremely important because there is a limited number of these vehicles.
- What is the latest that I can make a reservation? For Sedans and SUVs, we are able to guarantee service if a trip is booked more than 24 hours in advance. Inside of that, it will be based on vehicle and chauffeur availability. Larger vehicles are booked on a first come first serve basis and are not available for booking the day of the trip.
- What is the minimum number of hours that I can rent a Limo or Party Bus? These vehicles require a four-hour minimum for billing purposes. You do not have to use the full time, but it would be available to you until you release the chauffeur and vehicle?
- Is there any extra charge for after hours service? Yes, between Midnight and 5 AM, we are in Off Hours. Any pick-up that occurs in this timeframe will be an additional $20 which goes to the chauffeur.
- When I received my quote, they told me that it was all-inclusive. What does all-inclusive mean? When we tell you that your price is all-inclusive that means that taxes, fuel, parking and gratuity are all factored in. In other words, all of the anticipated charges are built into the price.
- Is the passenger count for a vehicle a suggestion or a maximum? When we say that a vehicle seats up to a certain number of people that is a maximum. Any time that you get to maximum capacity, you are no longer at maximum comfort, just at the maximum number the Michigan Department of Transportation will allow.
- Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport? Both terminals at Detroit Metro Airport have a similar procedure. All Passengers meet their chauffeurs in baggage claim, and international travelers meet outside of customs.
- What is PAX Certification? PAX Certification is the Gold Standard in ongoing chauffeur training. It is an online class that our chauffeurs are enrolled in at our expense allowing them to have ongoing reminders of the processes that we expect our chauffeurs to follow. There are only 3 companies in Michigan that offer this, and 205 throughout the world.
- What happens if my chauffeur is late to pick me up when I am going to or from the airport? If the rare instance when our chauffeurs are late for a regularly scheduled pick-up your transportation is complimentary.
- What is the Cancellation policy? For limousine style vehicles and buses, we take a deposit of half the expected amount one month prior to the reservation date. This applies for all hourly as-directed trips. At that time, the deposit is non-refundable. For Sedans and SUVs, the cancellation policy is two hours prior to the pickup or before the chauffeur leaves to get to the pickup location. Cancellations of these trips inside of two hours will be billed in full.
